If you’re expecting a delivery, and want to check the latest updates about your consignment please Sign-in and visit the 'my account' area. 


From there, select the sales order and you'll be able to track the parcel online, obtaining the latest information regarding delivery alongside signing up for SMS and email updates directly with our courier of choice, UPS.


Please note that consignments can be delivered up until 5PM on the planned delivery day. Additional information regarding deliveries and returns can be found under the information tab in the main menu or by clicking here.
